Your privacy is totally important to us. At CooolApp we have some principles as below:
- We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
- We don’t share your personal information with anyone except we inform you before.
- We don’t store personal information on our servers.
- Where a field has been flagged by a website or app as denoting password field or payment information, we never log, store or learn from this information.
The Application allows users to create and design custom keyboards on the mobile platform, as well as share and use their keyboards in other applications.
What Information Does the Application Obtain and How is it Used?
The Application obtains no personal information when you download the Application. Moreover, as restrict privacy policies of our company stated no information or data from your mobile device even when these data is anonymous and collecting them are a common practice in business, is not collected nor intended to be collected. No information or data typed via CooolKey keyboard by users, is logged, saved or learnt from.
“Full Access” to Third-Party Keyboards
In iOS 8, when users want to use a third-party keyboard, a warning pops up and informs users about the information and materials that third-party keyboards can have access to. CooolKey does not save, log or even learn from these information at all. The “Full Access” is just for the adaptations between Application and the keyboard, to apply the changes you have done in the Application to the keyboard. (Read more about Full Access)
Sharing Materials in Applications
In CooolKey, users are allowed to share their own keyboards through Twitter and Instagram. To do so, they need to log in to the app via their Twitter accounts. We do not log or save any of their information except the data Twitter gives us and users’ Twitter usernames (e.g. @name) to use them as the names of the authors of the created keyboards. No other information is logged or saved. Also, there is an ability for CooolKey users to share their desired keyboards in CooolKey to share with other users. In this case we upload the chosen background keyboard by user in order to show it to other users.
Log in with Twitter
In CooolKey, users can log in to the app using their Twitter account. Twitter gives us some information like the read only permission of users’ public tweets, followers and following lists in order to improve CooolKey in a way users like.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time, provided that we are given the exact URLs of data to be removed.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide electronic and procedural safeguards to
protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees who need
to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.
